For individuals local to the Las Vegas area, meet with Attorney Robert West in our office. Set up by phone or email. If we can assist, you'll receive a price quote for our services. Pay this fee when you arrive.

Telephone or Skype Appointment
Can't come to the office? We offer phone or Skype appointments. Email up to three documents in advance for the attorney to review. Prepayment via PayPal is required prior to the appointment. Same-day appointments may also require prepayment.
$1,500 – $13,000
Up to 3 hours
Document Review
Have the attorney review documents. Family-based filings start at $3,000. Employment-based or investor cases are $13,000. Fees reflect the firm's full liability for review work even when full representation isn't engaged. Mr. West confirms the price before the appointment.

After-Hours, Weekend & Emergency
We don't normally offer weekend, holiday, or after-hours appointments unless there's an emergency. Minimum cost is $1,000 and may be higher based on the situation. Let us know if it's urgent, we'll try to accommodate.
Policy
Cancellation & appointment policy
To cancel an appointment, you must cancel at least twenty-four hours prior to the appointment time. If you miss your appointment, you'll need to prepay for the missed appointment and the next appointment.
There are no exceptions to this policy.

Schedule in a few steps.
Call our office at (702) 319-5459 during normal business hours after you've made payment on PayPal , except for in-office initial appointments, where you call to set the time and pay when you arrive.
For appointments requiring prepayment, follow the steps to pay, then contact us by phone or email to set the time. International visitors: our standard appointments are on Pacific Time.

Accepted methods
All in-office appointments require payment by cash, money order, or card. No checks please.
If you retain our services, you can pay with cash, card, or money order , and in rare circumstances, a check.
Fees
Flat fees & hourly rates
Our office offers flat fees for most cases. Flat fees only cover work contemplated and don't include obtaining records, etc.

- Minimum on hourly engagements10 hours
Hourly time is billed in 1/6 hour increments. If representation ends, your cost will be assessed at the hourly rate above.
